love, marriage, journey….INDIA.

Let’s start with something which i never did before, i asked my Friend from Ethiopia to write her journey to India, and how her life got changed and moved.
She is working with me in my office; she is intelligent and very sweet and easy-going women.
She married an Indian and that where her journey to India begins. Her first experience in India started with her marriage to an Indian and then to the airport where she saw women in saree and was surprised to see a huge women in saree as well as the old women too though she loved it, but at the same time, in her country no one is allowed to show off her stomach.
The changing weather was also a part of her experience, as far as Delhi is concern.
Delhi is extremely hot during summer and extremely cold during winter. And this year Delhi is freezing.
She loved many things about Delhi starting from its food to metro but with few bad experiences as well on the card, we can’t blame one particular person for that.

Lets start with metro, she like the method of transportation though but she noticed something which made her go made and that is when an old lady or old man came in the train and standing and the younger people are just sitting and not even bothered to offer them sit. Particularly, even this is actually not acceptable.

WEDDING DHAMAL OF INDIA: Recently she went to a family function, one of her husband cousin was getting married, and she was so touched by all the function, culture of India, so colorful, so bright…
And off course one of the best thing about Delhi is food……

Food is just amazing specially the varieties of sweet and dessert Indian offers.
Starting from Bengali rasgulla to ‘jalebi”.. All just Mouth watering…

And most interesting thing she noticed was that a man is cooking outside not the women. And she always asks me this question why women can’t cook outside and work.

i have no answer to that, though i found that funny…as we are used to this trend.

She hates the loud noise of the transportation. Every one is in the rush every time no one has broken the horn and everything else it is like the horn is attached to the escalator they don’t stop top making a noise every ware you go it is the same. the people don’t give a chance for a walkers its like in reveres first a car the a bike and then a three-wheeler then a rickshaw then a person, that is how goes it should be in the other way around.

Other than that i saw rickshaw for the first time it is manual labor but i admire the creation of work. India is full of surprises for her. Here is for today’s blog, her experience, her expectation. To sum up India is a wonderland for her.
She is happily married and working with us..

Every little girl dreams about her wedding day, complete with of a beautiful wedding dress and of course a perfect man by her side.
Same for the lady i met recently. She is my cousin best friend. She is undoubtedly smart, beautiful and very loving women but sadly she is suffering from cancer that too last stage. She was just 4-year-old when her parents got to know about her sickness. But her parents never gave up. They sent her to school, college but with extra care.

And at last she got married in a beautiful dress and with a perfect man.
But only drawback to her wedding was, her family never shared her health problem with the groom family.
And this affected her wedding after 8 months, when she shared this with her husband and his family.
The male family was hurt and so was the girl. She never wanted to do this the family.
She got so much of love and affection. But the male family felt cheated and betrayed.

Today when she wants to live her last few months with her husband and his family, they are not supporting her and on the other side she is suffering from so much pain & stress. She is a very strong woman but she needs strong support from her husband and her family. It’s time for her husband to support her during this painful phase, so that she can live her last few months with love and care.

All I can say, i felt bad .I feel compassionate for both the parties.. On one side the girl father did all wrong, and on other side her husband family has the right to think about their desire & their future as they are also equally hurt.
I am grateful to have had the honor of writing this blog for her and for her husband.
Hope everything goes well ahead.
Destiny!!!!! Choice!!!!!

Band Baja Baraat

Nov – Dec the wedding season in north Indian, all the markets are full packed, no place for parking, all mehendi wala are booked.

‘Band Baja Baraat’ it’s a name which connects to everybody. Think of it and you will have visuals of royal procession of elephants, horses, cart and groom in your mind. Earlier it was used as a symbol of a mass gathering or family function. Wedding planning was restricted to elite classes. But with moving time, things changed and so do peoples’ taste and preferences.

You might have still remembered the splendid, magnificent weddings arranged by Bittu and shruti in the movie ‘Band Baja Baraat’!! they changed the scenario of the society and welcomed the wedding planner with open arms.

Wedding planning or event management is in fact has become the hot favorite subject .Hiring a wedding planner for marriages is the latest trend. There has been around 70% growth in the business. Now people of all ranks and genres want their weddings to be class-apart. They are ready to pay any amount of money ranging from lacs to crores. Regarding this there now exists thousands of wedding planners in every nook and corner of the street.

One of the Event Management Company has interesting information, they claim that now days in order to hold a high-profile wedding people have started hiring ‘baraatis’ on rent. There are people easily available within an expense of Rs.500/-to 1000/- each. They can be hired depending on the theme and requirement of the wedding. They are employees of some organization and get associated with wedding planners on part-time basis. So now you can get the all perfect look of some high-profile wedding with ‘baraatis’ belonging to some elite class.

Thus this is the new wedding mantra. If you too want you’re wedding to take place in a royal way but within the limits of your pocket than a wedding planner is a must look out for!!!!!

You have showed me another side of me.
Another side I never thought I could be.
I wanna change, rearrange.
I know I can be something.
I know (I know, I know) I’m getting better.

You can say what you believe.
Tell me I’m not worth it, maybe I’d agree.
Well i know that it’s just stones.
No they wont break my bones.
You can say it all you want.
I love myself today, no matter what you say.
I love myself today, and it feels so good.

There are people who are obviously using their profiles on networking sites to create an image. They are trying to show that they are happening people.

Some are simply irritated by all the drama on the web, I know people who tweet every 20-30 minutes, and you know exactly when the got up because their first tweet of the day is posted, and then you know what they had for breakfast. A friend mine once tweeted that his relationship with his girl was over, that was even when before she got out of his car.

Breaking up with someone is not a hush-hush thing anymore, and with social networking websites, it’s a war of inflated and hurt egos. “A friend, after his break-up started dating a someone else, this got the ex fuming and she too made a new boyfriend. And obviously everyone in the friends circle knew it was as if they were competing to put pictures with their new partners on their profiles.

Well, the verdict is out, time to tone it down a bit guys? Lol…..

I see girls taking constant pics of themselves, making what is quite honestly stupid poses with usually their lips pouted out. Am I the only one who finds this strange and quite honestly retarded?

Many females especially teenage females want attention. So they take pictures of themselves as a way to feel better. But what many teens do is go a step beyond taking photos. They not only take photos of themselves, but they share the photos with other peers, and they post on the internet. Many teen girls do this because they lack self esteem and they are looking for someone to confirm that they are indeed beautiful. Now there is nothing wrong with taking photos of yourself. But the problem only arises when you do it to get attention because you feel badly about yourself and you want someone to affirm you.

The height of self obsession:
An Egyptians blogger Aliaa Magda Elmahdy has become a household name in the middle east. She shared a global uproar after a friend posted a photo of her naked on Twitter. She first posted her pictures on her blog.

Previously god was always on our minds, it used to be mirror of own reflection but today facebook has become the new god, the FACE, the BOOK where everyone wants each moment of its FACE.

Tiger our national animal is fighting for its life. From around 40000 at the turn of the last century, there are just 1411 left now.

As very few tigers are left in India and if we won’t act now, we could lose important part of our heritage forever.
Tigers are facing major population losses and extinction. Tigers are killed for sport, skins and body parts.

At the turn of the century, there were almost reportedly 40000 to 45000 tigers in India, but now there very few left.

Tigers is the symbol of wilderness and well-being of the eco system..

By saving tigers the entire wilderness ecosystem is conserved.

The tiger is not just a charismatic species. It’s not just a wild animal living in some forest either.
It is been unofficial stated that forest department is also involved in it. Not only that but also few well profiled people too. The Forest officials are wiping out all the evidence of poaching and taking bribe for the same.

There are a lot of NGO and individual who have been saving them society, Not to mention the Bachchan’s itself who himself involved to protect the species, Richard Branson has taken many step ahead to protect to the species, not only the tigers but other species as well.

The tiger is a beautiful animal but it is also the indicator of the forest’s health.Saving the Tiger means we save the forest since tiger cannot live in places where trees have vanished and in turn secure food and water for all.

The Tiger this becomes the symbol for the protection of all species on our earth since it is at the top of the food chain. This is why we sometimes call the tiger, an apex predator, and an indicator of our ecosystem’s health.
